Leading comprehensive B2B agency to be an inaugural tenant at Electric Gardens
With one eye on the agency’s continued growth and the other on how collaboration models have evolved, Point To Point LLC has left their longtime Beachwood home and is moving to a new hybrid office model in partnership with workshare innovators, Limelight.
Point To Point will move to the newly constructed Electric Gardens complex in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood in April. The agency is an inaugural tenant of the office space managed by Limelight.
“The pandemic simply hastened our move to a hybrid office setting. I’m proud of how we adapted to 2020. Our teams’ response only confirmed that they can still work closely together and deliver results to our clients regardless of where they’re physically located,” said Point To Point CEO, Megan Kacvinsky. “The bottom line is that our team will still have office space in a lounge-like atmosphere at our Limelight location to collaborate, socialize and deliver great work while also taking advantage of the flexibility of remote work.”
“The misconceptions of a hybrid setting is that there aren’t the amenities of a traditional office but that’s far from true,” said Michele Kilroy, Limelight’s Operations Director. “At Electric Gardens, Point To Point has 450 square feet of dedicated desk space along with 24/7 access to four state-of-the-art conference rooms, full-service kitchen and dedicated parking. There’s also high-end tech, outdoor meeting space, a gym and the 117-mile towpath right outside our doors.”
Electric Gardens also has unique features with health and business in mind. The HVAC system will have the latest in pandemic air quality standards. Point To Point will also have access to on-site suites for clients and guests that come in from out of town for meetings requiring overnight stays.
Megan added, “A hybrid setting gives us the flexibility to focus on growing the agency talent beyond our Cleveland base. Our full-time team expanded in 2020 to include talent from Chicago, Minneapolis, Columbus and Buffalo and we expect to grow even more this year.”
