CLEVELAND, OH – July 16, 2014 – Point To Point, a business-to-business integrated marketing agency, appointed Megan Kacvinsky to executive vice president, account and media services.

In her role as executive vice president, Kacvinsky is responsible for leading the account and media groups, diversifying the agency’s capabilities and driving growth efforts.

Most recently Kacvinsky was associate partner, digital marketing at Rosetta, a Publicis Groupe company, where she created digital marketing strategies focused on communication planning to move the customer through the decision making process. During her time at Rosetta, Kacvinsky held several leadership positions while driving customer-centric programs for Fortune 500 companies including RBS Citizens, Luxottica and Nationwide Insurance. Additionally, she developed the first cross-training program for the agency’s Paid, Owned & Earned media group, improving team member satisfaction by 30 percent and providing a stronger delivery team for Rosetta clients.

Prior to Rosetta, Kacvinsky was director of digital media and content at Optiem and also served as director of marketing at CareerBoard.

Kacvinsky is a member of the Beaumont School board of directors. She received a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and human resources from Miami University and a master’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University.
