CLEVELAND, OH – October 2019 – When Point To Point founder Mark Goren was looking for a buyer for his successful advertising agency, he knew the obvious choice was sitting right in front of him, literally.
With trust in the very team that helped build the foundation of Point To Point’s success, three members of the leadership team acquired the 37-year-old B2B modern advertising agency.
Co-owner Megan Kacvinsky now leads the agency as CEO after serving as Client Services leader the past five years. Also adding co-owner to their titles are Jake Kellogg, Vice President of Creative, and Michele Lucas, Vice President of Operations. This trio looks to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible for current and prospective clients.
“Our years of experience on the leadership team at Point To Point is allowing a smooth transition. That enables us to keep the team’s focus on helping our clients achieve and exceed their goals,” Kacvinsky says. “Our mission remains the same – to help B2B brands evolve their advertising and marketing to successfully attract, engage, and sell to their audiences.”
Kellogg, who has worked on the agency’s creative side for nine years, is excited to take on an ownership role. “Over the years our goal has been to challenge the status quo, and we’ve done that by adding new capabilities across our teams to expand what we do for our clients. And we look forward to continuing to evolve and grow with our clients through this next evolution of Point To Point,” he says.
On the operations side, Lucas, who rounds out the new ownership group, has been at Point To Point over 15 years. She focuses on strengthening and growing Point To Point through leading streamlined operations.
